Job Description

The Deputy Manager Compliance will be responsible for ensuring full organizational compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and international certification standards within the textile manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor internal operations and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain updated SOPs, certifications, and compliance documentation
• Conduct internal audits for certifications including Inditex, HIGG, Egyptian Cotton, GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, and related standards
• Identify non-compliance issues and develop effective corrective and preventive action plans
• Perform regular risk assessments to proactively identify operational and compliance gaps
• Conduct training and awareness sessions on compliance, ethical sourcing, and sustainability practices
• Liaise with third-party auditors, certification bodies, and government authorities when required
• Monitor updates in labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry standards relevant to the textile sector

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences
• 5–6 years of relevant compliance experience in the textile industry
• Strong knowledge of international textile certifications and compliance systems
• Understanding of EHS regulations and local labor laws
• Excellent communication, reporting, documentation, and analytical skills
