💼 Job Overview

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer SME to manage and grow relationships with Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) clients. The role focuses on business development, loan portfolio growth, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring full compliance with bank policies and SBP regulations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve assigned growth targets
• Conduct market research to identify new SME opportunities and business areas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients
• Achieve sales targets through ethical and SOP-compliant practices
• Promote and sell SME loan products and banking services
• Evaluate customer credit profiles using the “5 C’s of Credit”
• Ensure proper verification of clients and loan documentation
• Monitor timely loan repayments and ensure 100% recovery compliance
• Maintain strict adherence to SOPs during loan booking and field activities
• Prepare weekly field visit plans and report performance deviations
• Conduct regular client meetings as per product program guidelines
• Ensure excellent customer service with zero complaint tolerance
• Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activities
• Strengthen long-term customer relationships for business sustainability
• Ensure full compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and SBP regulations

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in banking or sales (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
