A leading organization is hiring an experienced professional for the role of Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in high-volume recruitment, stakeholder management, workforce planning, employer branding, and HR business partnering within dynamic corporate environments.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions simultaneously
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and market mapping
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
  • Act as HR Business Partner for assigned departments
  • Support workforce planning, retention initiatives, and internal mobility
  • Prepare recruitment dashboards, hiring reports, and manpower analysis
  • Coordinate organizational structure and HR intervention activities
  • Support employer branding, university engagement, internships, and trainee programs
  • Analyze recruitment data and improve hiring workflows and processes

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management Sciences, IT/Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • Preferably 4–10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Workforce Planning, or Recruitment
  • Experience in high-volume hiring and stakeholder-driven environments preferred
