📋 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions simultaneously
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and market mapping
Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding
Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
Act as HR Business Partner for assigned departments
Support workforce planning, retention initiatives, and internal mobility
Prepare recruitment dashboards, hiring reports, and manpower analysis
Coordinate organizational structure and HR intervention activities
Support employer branding, university engagement, internships, and trainee programs
Analyze recruitment data and improve hiring workflows and processes
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management Sciences, IT/Engineering, Marketing, or related field
Preferably 4–10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Workforce Planning, or Recruitment
Experience in high-volume hiring and stakeholder-driven environments preferred
