📌 About the Program

The Emerging Talent Fellowship is a 3-month structured, project-based internship designed to help fresh graduates transition from academia to the professional world through real industry exposure, hands-on assignments, and mentorship.

This early-career development program bridges the gap between academic learning and corporate expectations by involving fellows in real business challenges within a dynamic environment.

⚖️ About the Project – Litigation Department

This role supports the Litigation Department in managing legal cases, conducting research, and coordinating legal operations. The fellow will gain practical exposure to corporate litigation processes, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

🎯 Key Responsibilities / Project Goals

• Conduct legal research on litigation and regulatory matters
• Review legal documents including notices, petitions, and court filings
• Maintain and organize case files, litigation records, and legal databases
• Coordinate with external counsels for document collection and case updates
• Prepare case summaries, reports, and litigation status updates
• Assist in drafting basic legal correspondence and internal memos
• Support compliance with internal legal procedures and documentation standards

🎓 What We Are Looking For

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree / LLB in relevant field

Experience:

• Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of experience

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of legal terminology
• Exposure to litigation/regulatory matters will be a plus
