Position Overview
Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of monitoring and evaluation systems across organizational programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, data management expertise, and the ability to transform insights into actionable recommendations that improve program effectiveness and impact.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
🎓 Master's Degree in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, or a related discipline.
Experience
💼 03–05 years of relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, data management, reporting, or program performance assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and strengthen Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks, indicators, and performance measurement systems.
- Monitor project progress and ensure accurate tracking of program outcomes and impact.
- Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data for informed decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries for management and stakeholders.
- Utilize ERP/MIS platforms and digital data management systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Leverage AI-powered tools for reporting, documentation, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
- Conduct field monitoring visits to assess project implementation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and field staff to improve data collection processes and reporting quality.
- Identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities for program improvement through evidence-based analysis.
Required Skills & Competencies
✔ Strong understanding of Monitoring & Evaluation methodologies, frameworks, and performance indicators.
✔ Proficiency in ERP/MIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✔ Knowledge of AI tools for reporting, analytics, and documentation.
✔ Excellent data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
✔ Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
✔ Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
✔ Willingness to travel regularly for field monitoring activities.
