Educational Qualification
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/institution.
Candidates holding a Master's degree from an HEC-recognized institution will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of banking experience, preferably with leading commercial banks.
At least 3 years of experience in any of the following roles:
Branch Manager
Branch Operations Manager
Relationship Manager
Similar leadership position in banking
Female Branch Managers currently on a career break of up to 3 years are encouraged to apply.

Strong knowledge of branch banking and branch operations.
Comprehensive understanding of banking products and services.
Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, SBP Prudential Regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Audit and risk management awareness.
Team-building and staff management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee overall branch operations and business performance.
Drive growth in deposits, consumer banking, liabilities, and wealth management business.
Achieve assigned business targets and KPIs.
Develop relationships with existing and new customers to enhance deposit mobilization.
Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of complaints.
Execute branch business plans aligned with regional and organizational objectives.
Focus on core deposit growth and customer retention.
Implement cost optimization initiatives.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate branch staff performance.
Maintain effective internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
Prevent fraud and operational risks through strong control mechanisms.
Monitor market trends and competitive activities.
Support product launches and business campaigns.
Manage branch administration, staffing, succession planning, and workforce development.
Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, banking laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Maintain proper records and documentation.
Address audit observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and turnaround times (TATs).
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Selection Process
