Habib Bank Limited (HBL) is seeking an experienced and strategic professional for the position of Head NISA Coverage. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, profitability, customer acquisition, relationship management, and strategic development of the bank's affluent customer segments while ensuring service excellence, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Business Performance & Revenue Generation
- Monitor and manage team KPIs, including Assets Under Management (AUM), revenue, and product penetration.
- Drive revenue and volume growth through customer acquisition, relationship deepening, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Enhance market share and increase customer wallet share across affluent segments.
- Coordinate with field teams, including Area Managers, Senior Area Managers, Regional Coordinators, Senior Regional Coordinators, and Distribution Heads regarding segment performance and business updates.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead the strategic management, business development, and profitability of affluent customer segments.
- Develop and implement customer segmentation, coverage models, and service propositions.
- Strengthen customer experience while improving business performance and profitability.
Client Acquisition, Retention & Relationship Deepening
- Drive the acquisition of new affluent clients.
- Improve retention and engagement of the existing customer base.
- Promote cross-selling of investment, liability, lending, and insurance products.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Affluent Client Specialists and frontline Relationship Managers.
- Enhance productivity, service quality, and regulatory compliance across teams.
- Implement training and certification programs to strengthen affluent client engagement and needs-based selling capabilities.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Promote ethical sales practices and maintain high standards of professional conduct.
- Implement controls to prevent mis-selling and protect customer trust.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Establish service standards and client feedback mechanisms.
- Drive customer satisfaction and relationship quality.
- Encourage digital adoption and personalized banking services.
Market Insights & Innovation
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings.
- Recommend innovative initiatives, partnerships, and channels to address evolving affluent customer needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver effective customer propositions and campaigns.
- Work closely with Branch Banking and Wealth Management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and relationship coverage.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Master's Degree from a reputable institution.
Experience
- Minimum 19 years of relevant banking or financial services industry experience.
- Education Level: Graduation / Master's Degree Preferred
- Employment Location: Dolmen City, 12th Floor, Sky Tower-A (West Wing), HC-3, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan
