Job Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations and channel development activities in Khanpur. The role is responsible for driving regional sales growth, expanding retail and franchise networks, increasing digital product adoption, and achieving key business targets across the assigned territory.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Head, the selected candidate will lead Territory Sales Supervisors and Franchise Service Executives while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen market presence and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and analyze assigned market areas to identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and franchise partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Drive sales of postpaid connections, mobile wallets, remittances, handsets, and Wi-Fi devices.
- Implement sales campaigns in coordination with commercial planning teams.
- Expand and maintain retail and distribution networks throughout the region.
- Oversee franchise operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor channel performance and improve operational efficiency.
- Achieve monthly sales KPIs, including:
- Postpaid Sales
- JazzCash Wallet Activations
- Remittances
- MNP
- Gross Adds
- Cash-In Transactions
- 4G Penetration
- Coordinate with sales operations, planning, technical, and digital financial services teams to support regional growth.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience
- 6β10 years of experience in:
- Sales Distribution
- Channel Development
- Retail Management
- Franchise Operations
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proven experience managing large sales and distribution networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively in remote markets.
