Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to lead sales operations within the assigned territory. The role is responsible for managing distributors and order bookers, driving sales growth, achieving business targets, and ensuring effective market coverage through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly sales targets (unit-wise and value-wise) for assigned territories.
- Create daily sales plans and allocate targets to order bookers based on territory coverage requirements.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to track progress and identify opportunities.
- Supervise and mentor order bookers to ensure target achievement and product knowledge enhancement.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor outlet coverage, productivity, and market trends.
- Ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities in line with company plans.
- Design and implement productive journey plans (PJPs) to maximize market penetration and sales efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to achieve mutually beneficial business objectives.
- Forecast sales accurately and manage territory budgets to optimize profitability and revenue growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Graduate)
Experience: 4–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
