Position Overview
Unilever is seeking a dynamic and results-driven ISM Emerging Accounts professional to manage key customer accounts, drive sales growth, enhance in-store visibility, and strengthen customer relationships. This role plays a critical part in achieving business objectives through effective account management, strategic planning, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive volume growth and sales performance across assigned accounts.
- Improve product visibility, availability, and execution standards in stores.
- Coordinate operational plans with distributors and customers for seamless execution.
- Develop and negotiate Joint Business Plans with customers.
- Monitor customer profitability, gross margins, and financial performance indicators.
- Lead, coach, and develop field teams to achieve business objectives.
- Track and deliver key business KPIs and sales targets.
- Conduct post-execution analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
Experience
- 1–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Required Skills
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Strong market execution and field management capabilities.
