About the Role

JazzWorld is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate IT & Cyber Security Audits professional to join its Internal Audit team. Reporting directly to the Head of IT Audits, this individual contributor role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced audit professionals in evaluating technology controls, cybersecurity frameworks, and emerging digital risks while contributing to AI-enabled continuous monitoring initiatives.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and technology-driven audit solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute IT and cybersecurity audits across the organization's technology environment in accordance with the approved annual audit plan.
• Assess application controls, IT general controls (ITGCs), cybersecurity controls, and emerging technology risks.
• Support the development and enhancement of AI-powered Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) solutions.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the Assure-X CCM platform.
• Contribute to automation initiatives for control testing and anomaly detection through development and data analysis techniques.
• Review audit evidence, document observations, and prepare audit workpapers.
• Collaborate with process owners to monitor corrective actions and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency.

Key Deliverables

• Timely execution and completion of assigned IT audits, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up activities.
• Delivery of high-quality audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Development and deployment of AI-enabled monitoring scripts, dashboards, and automated control testing solutions.
• Enhanced assurance over critical IT and business processes through continuous monitoring and analytics.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in IT Audit, Internal Audit, IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or Software Development will be an advantage.
• Progress toward professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or equivalent is preferred.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Understanding of IT audit methodologies and risk-based auditing concepts.
• Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and control frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• Familiarity with SQL and software development fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Exposure to cloud technologies and digital platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, audit analytics tools, or similar reporting solutions is considered a plus.
