About the Role

Beaconhouse International College is seeking an experienced and proactive Campus Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative functioning, maintain campus facilities, manage operational budgets, coordinate vendors, and support the successful execution of academic and extracurricular activities. This role requires strong leadership, organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily campus operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Monitor operational budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Support the planning and execution of campus events and activities according to the academic calendar.
  • Supervise construction and development projects, ensuring quality standards and timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
