Program Overview

The Emerging Talent Fellowship is a 3-month, project-based internship program designed to prepare fresh graduates for the professional world through practical industry exposure, structured mentorship, and real business challenges.

This early-career development initiative bridges the gap between academic learning and workplace expectations by providing fellows with hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment while working alongside experienced professionals.

Project 1: Digital Growth Fellow (My Telenor App)

About the Role

Join the Digital Growth team and contribute to enhancing customer adoption and engagement for the My Telenor App. This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in digital products, customer analytics, growth marketing, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Conversion & Funnel Optimization

  • Analyze customer recharge journeys and app migration behavior
  • Identify drop-off points within the recharge funnel
  • Segment users based on adoption and usage patterns
  • Support conversion-focused growth initiatives

Campaign Execution & Growth Marketing

  • Assist in campaigns driving app installations and recharge activity
  • Support push notifications, SMS campaigns, and in-app communications
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and conversion improvements

Feature Adoption & Experimentation

  • Track usage of key app features and services
  • Support A/B testing initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards and performance reports
  • Monitor app recharge penetration and campaign ROI
  • Generate actionable insights using data tools

Customer Experience Enhancement

  • Review app user journeys and identify friction points
  • Recommend improvements to customer experience
  • Benchmark app performance against industry competitors

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field

Experience

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
  • Prior digital product or app-related internship experience is a plus

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare campaign reports and performance summaries
  • Manage stakeholder follow-ups and approvals
  • Assist in events, activations, shoots, and brand initiatives
