Position Overview
Unilever is seeking an experienced and strategic Digital & Media Lead – Foods to drive media planning, digital transformation, and data-driven marketing initiatives across the Foods business. This role will lead integrated media strategies, strengthen industry partnerships, and champion innovation across emerging digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute best-in-class integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels.
- Leverage consumer insights and data to optimize media investments and brand performance.
- Ensure media strategies contribute effectively to brand growth and market leadership.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead digital media execution through specialized digital hubs.
- Drive data-driven marketing initiatives utilizing first-party, second-party, and third-party data.
- Manage search marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce media activities.
Industry Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, digital platforms, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with major media and technology partners including leading social and digital platforms.
Innovation & Growth
- Champion innovative media solutions and emerging consumer engagement channels.
- Explore opportunities in:
- Social Commerce
- Connected TV (CTV)
- Live Streaming
- Podcasts
- Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing
- New Digital Media Formats
Performance & Governance
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and media ROI.
- Oversee media compliance metrics including:

- Share performance insights and recommendations with key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Strong understanding of modern media and brand communication ecosystems.
- Experience managing large-scale media and advertising budgets.
- Proven success in digital marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce.
- Experience leading media strategy for major brands or media agencies.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within complex organizations.
- Exposure to CRM, MarTech, and AdTech platforms.
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation and organizational change.
