About the Role

Faisalabad Serena Hotel is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support brand promotion, public relations, advertising initiatives, and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, managing marketing communications, coordinating promotional campaigns, and strengthening relationships with media and tourism stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information regarding Serena Hotels and properties.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Launch and monitor advertising campaigns in coordination with agencies, artists, and media partners.
  • Promote and strengthen the Serena brand image across digital and traditional channels.
  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns for ongoing promotions, special offers, and upcoming events.
  • Continuously monitor and manage social media platforms to ensure positive brand engagement.

Sales & Promotional Support

  • Maintain adequate inventory of promotional materials, brochures, and printed marketing collateral.
  • Manage cardex systems, catalogs, and photographic archives for marketing use.
  • Maintain and regularly update databases of prospective customers for direct marketing activities.
  • Coordinate direct mail campaigns, greeting cards, promotional mailers, and sales communication initiatives.

Public Relations & Media Relations

  • Recommend and assist in planning public relations activities in coordination with the Director Sales & Marketing.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress reports on PR initiatives and annual communication plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and national media representatives, newspapers, and magazine publishers.
  • Coordinate with tourism organizations, airlines, hotels, motels, and hospitality partners to enhance promotional opportunities.

Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with:

  • Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC)
  • PIA and other airline partners
  • Hotels, motels, and rest houses across the country

Additional Duties

  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by management as required.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess at least one of the following qualifications:

  • BBA (Hons)
  • MBA (Marketing)
  • MSc in Hospitality Management
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management
