Job Overview

Habib Bank Limited (HBL) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager Network Security Operations to lead and strengthen the bank's network security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing security controls, managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with security standards, and leading technical teams to deliver secure and efficient network operations.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal business units and stakeholders to understand security requirements and recommend appropriate network security solutions.
• Develop and maintain technology plans in collaboration with IT teams and business partners to ensure seamless integration with the bank's network security architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align project timelines and ensure successful delivery of agreed activities.

Network Security Operations

• Deploy, implement, and manage network security controls in accordance with the bank's information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee and manage penetration testing activities to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Manage and monitor access control processes to ensure secure access to systems and resources.

Continual Improvement & Compliance

• Review audit observations and implement corrective actions in line with PCI-DSS compliance requirements.
• Continuously enhance network security measures to protect organizational assets and improve security posture.

People Management

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate project team members.
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Technical Evaluation

• Conduct technical evaluations of annual maintenance contracts, equipment maintenance agreements, and service-level agreements related to network services.
• Recommend suitable technologies and service providers to support business and security objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional network security certifications such as Certified Network Professional will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in network security operations, cybersecurity, or related domains.

• Degree Level: Graduation
