We are seeking a proactive and execution-focused Executive Talent Acquisition professional to manage high-volume recruitment while supporting HR Business Partnering activities. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end hiring, workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, retention initiatives, and talent movement across assigned business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions
✔ Source talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and networking channels
✔ Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
✔ Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding
✔ Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
HR Business Partnering
✔ Partner with department heads and managers on hiring and workforce needs
✔ Support manpower planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategies
✔ Coordinate recruitment and HR activities with internal stakeholders
Workforce Planning & Analytics
✔ Monitor approved headcount plans and hiring progress
✔ Prepare recruitment dashboards, vacancy reports, and workforce insights
✔ Identify hiring risks, delays, and workforce gaps proactively
Internal Mobility & Retention
✔ Facilitate transfers, promotions, and internal hiring initiatives
✔ Support retention planning and succession readiness
Employer Branding & Talent Programs
✔ Support EVP and employer branding initiatives
✔ Coordinate university outreach, internships, trainee programs, and career fairs
✔ Strengthen employer reputation through professional candidate engagement
Process Improvement
✔ Analyze recruitment metrics and sourcing effectiveness
✔ Enhance recruitment workflows, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
✔ Support data-driven hiring and workforce planning decisions
Eligibility Criteria
Education
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in:

• Business Administration
• Management Sciences
• Marketing
• IT / Engineering
• Related Disciplines
Experience
💼 2–3 Years Preferred
