Position Overview

Nishat Chunian Limited is seeking a highly dependable and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO who excels at execution, problem-solving, and operational management. This role requires an individual who takes ownership, works independently, and ensures the smooth functioning of all matters related to the CEO’s residence, household staff, maintenance, and personal coordination requirements.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

House Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee all household maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, appliance servicing, and repairs.
  • Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor household systems proactively to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain maintenance records, track ongoing tasks, and ensure proper closure of all work orders.

Vendor & Cost Management

  • Source reliable vendors and service providers for household requirements.
  • Negotiate competitive rates while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Monitor expenses and maintain complete documentation, invoices, and receipts.
  • Identify cost-effective solutions without compromising service quality or operational efficiency.

Household Staff Management

  • Supervise household staff and oversee attendance, scheduling, performance, and replacement arrangements when required.
  • Establish and maintain standards for discipline, hygiene, punctuality, and service excellence.
  • Foster a professional and accountable work environment built on trust and responsibility.

Personal Errands & Coordination

  • Manage household purchases, grocery procurement, utility bill payments, deliveries, and other personal errands.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, service providers, and relevant stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle sensitive matters with discretion while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration, operations management, executive support, or household management.
  • Exceptional execution and follow-up skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and capable of performing effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
