💼 Department: Customer Relationship Center (CRC)

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and service-oriented professional to join our Customer Relationship Center team as a Department Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience, supporting sales operations, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining high service standards to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, from product inquiries and ordering to checkout completion.
  • Coordinate with the relevant departments regarding article pricing updates and changes.
  • Ensure proper stock arrangement and product availability for customers.
  • Support Customer Managers (CMs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs) in delivering exceptional service to portfolio customers.
  • Perform and assist with departmental administrative and operational tasks.
  • Stay informed about competitors’ promotions, services, and market activities to better understand industry trends and business strategies.
  • Gather and analyze relevant business information to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation while effectively compiling, organizing, and categorizing information.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through a structured, proactive, and quality-focused approach.
  • Ensure customer needs remain a top priority while adhering to company policies and service standards.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred), OR
  • Intermediate qualification with relevant experience.

Experience

  • 6–8 years of experience in customer service, retail operations, customer relationship management, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret business information.
