Job Description

Momentum Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategy Analyst and Manager to support strategic planning, corporate development initiatives, and business expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial, strategic, and analytical capabilities with experience in capital markets, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a reputable institution such as LUMS, IBA, or an equivalent university.
  • Candidates pursuing or holding professional qualifications such as CA or CFA will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • IPO Advisory
    • Capital Markets Transactions
    • Investment Banking
    • Equity Research
    • Corporate Strategy
    • Business Development
    • Transaction Advisory
    • Corporate Finance
    • Strategic Planning

Preferred Exposure

Candidates with hands-on experience in the following areas will be strongly preferred:

  • IPO execution and advisory processes
  • Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) listings
  • Investor roadshows and equity fundraising activities
  • Preparation of pitch decks and investment teasers
  • Strategic presentations for senior management, investors, and Board-level stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic initiatives, business growth opportunities, and corporate development projects.
  • Develop high-quality pitch decks, investor presentations, business proposals, and strategic reports.
  • Assist in IPO-related activities, including market research, financial analysis, investor positioning, and coordination with advisors.
  • Conduct industry research, market assessments, and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
  • Build financial models, forecasts, and business plans to support investment decisions and long-term strategic planning.
  • Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to evaluate business effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and Board review.
  • Evaluate strategic partnerships, new ventures, and commercial opportunities within the logistics sector.
