Project 1: Business Security Fellow

About the Role

Join the Information Security team and gain practical exposure to enterprise cybersecurity operations, governance, risk management, compliance, and threat monitoring. This role is ideal for graduates looking to build a career in Cybersecurity and Information Security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor security alerts and identify potential threats or vulnerabilities.
  • Support cybersecurity operations and ongoing security initiatives.
  • Participate in risk assessments, security reviews, and control testing.
  • Maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in compliance and governance activities.
  • Promote cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
  • Learn and work with enterprise security tools and frameworks.

Daily Activities

  • Review security dashboards and incident queues.
  • Assist with vulnerability management activities.
  • Conduct user access and permission reviews.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with IT and business teams on security-related matters.
  • Research emerging cyber threats and industry best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
    • Computer Science
    • Cybersecurity
    • Information Security
    • Information Technology
    • Telecommunications
    • Related disciplines

Experience

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant internship/project experience.

Required Skills

  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and controls.
  • Knowledge of networking and operating systems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and learning mindset.

Project 2: Energy Planning Fellow

About the Role

The Energy Planning Fellow will support the planning, evaluation, and optimization of telecom energy infrastructure to ensure reliable, efficient, and cost-effective power solutions across the network.

This role provides exposure to energy management, renewable energy solutions, budgeting, performance analysis, and sustainability initiatives within the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of energy-efficient solutions.
  • Evaluate power infrastructure technologies and vendor proposals.
  • Analyze conventional and renewable energy solutions.
  • Contribute to solar energy and energy optimization initiatives.
  • Assist in strategies aimed at reducing operational costs and carbon footprint.
  • Support sustainable energy management programs.

Daily Activities

  • Audit network power consumption.
  • Analyze energy performance data.
  • Evaluate technical and commercial proposals.
  • Assist with budgeting and utilization tracking.
  • Prepare reports and quarterly analyses.
  • Conduct data analytics related to energy efficiency and consumption.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • BS in:
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Telecommunication Engineering
    • Business Studies

MS qualification will be considered an advantage.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience.

Required Skills

  • Understanding of telecom energy systems and infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Knowledge of financial and performance analysis.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and within teams.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Good written and verbal English proficiency.
