Position Summary
National Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales operations within the assigned territory. The role involves managing distributors and order bookers, driving sales performance, strengthening market presence, and ensuring the successful execution of sales and trade marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Planning & Target Management
- Develop monthly territory-wise sales targets based on volume and value objectives.
- Create daily sales plans and allocate targets to order bookers according to assigned routes and coverage areas.
- Monitor target achievement and implement corrective actions where required.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate order bookers to achieve territory objectives.
- Monitor team performance on a daily basis and provide continuous guidance and support.
- Ensure team members possess comprehensive product knowledge and the necessary resources to perform effectively.
Market Execution & Coverage
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective outlet coverage and productivity.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Identify growth opportunities and address market challenges proactively.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and share sales reports across assigned territories and product categories.
- Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and business trends to support decision-making.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and territory performance insights.
Trade Marketing & Distributor Management
- Ensure implementation of trade marketing initiatives in line with company plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned distributors.
- Align distributor objectives with company goals to maximize business growth and operational efficiency.
Financial & Revenue Management
- Manage territory budgets effectively.
- Forecast sales accurately and optimize resource utilization.
- Make informed business decisions to maximize profitability and revenue growth.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree)
