Job Overview

READ Foundation is seeking a skilled and creative Cameraman to support its Resource Mobilization Division by capturing impactful videos and photographs for social media campaigns, documentaries, TV commercials, and humanitarian storytelling projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in videography, photography, editing, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage and compelling images for social media campaigns.
• Produce visual content for orphan success stories, documentaries, TVCs, and social media advertisements.
• Operate DSLR and mirrorless cameras along with sound and lighting equipment.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand production requirements and objectives.
• Participate in concept development, location scouting, and talent selection.
• Manage pre-production, production, and post-production activities according to project timelines.
• Edit videos and photographs using software such as Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Travel extensively to project locations for field documentation and storytelling.
• Apply special effects, 3D elements, and compositing techniques when required.
• Ensure ethical standards and obtain necessary consent during video and photography assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Matric or Intermediate education.
• Certifications or diploma courses in Photography, Videography, Media Studies, Film Production, or related fields will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 03 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience within NGOs, humanitarian organizations, or development sector projects will be preferred.
