A Relationship Officer Asset plays a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving asset (loan) sales and ensuring responsible credit practices. Working at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd, this role focuses on understanding customer needs, offering suitable financial solutions, and supporting financial inclusion through ethical and compliant lending.

You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers—guiding them through loan products, documentation, repayment processes, and overall financial assistance while ensuring adherence to bank policies and SBP regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve assigned growth targets in coordination with BM/RM.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote loan products and banking services.
  • Achieve sales targets through ethical and compliant lending practices (no adjustment or group misuse lending).
  • Identify potential customers and evaluate creditworthiness using the 5 C’s of credit.
  • Promote bank products through field visits, marketing efforts, and market research.
  • Conduct customer profiling, documentation review, and physical verification of applicants.
  • Ensure timely loan disbursement, monitoring, and 100% recovery through proactive follow-ups.
  • Support customers in understanding product terms, repayment schedules, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain strict control over customer legal documents to prevent misuse.
  • Prepare weekly field activity plans and coordinate with line manager for performance tracking.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings as per product/program requirements.
  • Ensure high service standards and zero complaint experience through customer-centric practices.
  • Report any suspicious activity, fraud risks, or financial irregularities to management.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and improve outreach strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal SOPs, SBP regulations, and risk management policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred).
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of sales, customer handling, and financial products.
  • Ability to work in field-based roles with target orientation.
  • Integrity, discipline, and compliance-focused mindset.
