Job Purpose

This role is responsible for executing trade marketing operations focused on trade development, merchandising, brand visibility, and sales promotions to ensure strong and consistent brand presence across the market.


Key Responsibilities

πŸ“Š Trade Development

  • Ensure accurate Point of Purchase (POP) data entry through market validation checks with S&D teams
  • Execute regional BTL plans aligned with head office strategies
  • Coordinate communication of product, price, and packaging updates to Trade Marketing teams
  • Organize retailer training sessions for new product and package launches in collaboration with Admin, Training, and S&D teams
  • Plan and distribute giveaways to strengthen long-term trade relationships

πŸͺ Merchandising & Visibility

  • Execute annual merchandising strategies across assigned regions
  • Manage in-store and on-store branding (fascias, canopies, signage, window graphics, counter branding, franchise branding, etc.)
  • Develop low-cost, high-impact outdoor branding opportunities (wall branding and visibility points)
  • Plan POSM distribution and ensure proper utilization by merchandisers and franchise placements
  • Track POSM inventory (used vs. available) and ensure accountability
  • Train and develop merchandisers to maintain high visibility standards
  • Define and monitor KPIs for merchandisers in coordination with S&D teams
  • Ensure vendor compliance, quality execution, and timely delivery of trade marketing activities
  • Implement control mechanisms for giveaway distribution to retailers and end users

πŸ“£ Sales Promotions

  • Plan and execute localized sales promotion activities with S&D teams
  • Support execution of regional and national promotional programs to increase sales and market presence
  • Define KPIs and deliverables for promotional activities
  • Conduct post-evaluation of campaigns against KPIs
  • Coordinate approvals and sign-off of promotion plans with HQ and Regional Director
  • Arrange budgets, POS materials, and execution support for smooth rollouts
  • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and audit sales activities

Eligibility Criteria

πŸŽ“ Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • MBA preferred

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
