Position Overview

National Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales operations within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing distributors and order bookers, driving sales growth, achieving business targets, and ensuring effective market execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly territory-wise sales targets based on volume and value objectives.
  • Create daily sales plans and allocate targets to order bookers to maximize market coverage.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor target achievement and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of order bookers to ensure productivity and target accomplishment.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess outlet coverage, identify opportunities, and understand market trends.
  • Ensure execution of trade marketing initiatives across assigned outlets in line with company plans.
  • Design effective sales strategies and productive journey plans (PJPs) for assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to drive mutually beneficial business growth.
  • Manage territory budgets efficiently and forecast sales to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support informed decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Graduate

Experience: 4–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
