Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Grid Manager to oversee sales performance, revenue growth, business development, mobile broadband expansion, channel development, trade visibility, and network utilization within the assigned grid. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving commercial success, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue growth through 3G/4G services and handset sales.
- Expand smartphone retail presence by onboarding new outlets and strengthening existing retailer networks.
- Ensure achievement of quality gross adds, including 3G/4G activations.
- Expand channel footprint for SIM sales, Mobile Load, VAS, MNP, MBB, ECATs, and Postpaid services.
- Monitor franchise stock levels and ensure timely purchase orders to maintain product availability.
Customer Service & Experience
- Manage end-to-end customer complaint resolution and service quality monitoring.
- Track Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and implement improvement initiatives.
- Enhance customer experience at franchise locations through quality assurance measures.
Trade Visibility & Marketing Support
- Coordinate trade marketing initiatives, brand visibility campaigns, BTL activities, market activations, and promotional events.
- Support channel awareness and business development programs within the territory.
Planning & Market Expansion
- Identify untapped markets and develop strategies to increase retail penetration.
- Guide Business Development Officers (BDOs) in effective route planning.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts for SIMs, recharge products, and related services.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Head to execute localized promotional campaigns in low-performing areas.
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Ensure staff and channel partners receive regular training on products, services, and operational procedures.
- Conduct market visits to monitor channel performance and stock availability.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, sales targets, trade promotions, and company policies.
Merchandising
- Ensure timely availability and proper placement of POS materials at retail outlets.
Business Development
- Coordinate with Marketing and Channel teams to execute business development initiatives, trade promotions, and special events.
Technical Collaboration
- Work closely with regional technology teams to optimize network resource utilization, site availability, LTE performance, and 3G/4G accessibility.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- MBA qualification will be preferred.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
