🧾 Job Overview

Leo’s Workshop is seeking passionate and experienced Facilitators (Teachers) who can create engaging, student-centered learning experiences in a progressive, inquiry-based (PBL) environment.

🎓 Qualification

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field

🧑‍🏫 Experience

• 3–5 years of teaching experience
• Preference will be given to candidates experienced in Project-Based Learning (PBL) environments

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver differentiated lesson plans aligned with individual learner needs
• Track, assess, and document student learning progress effectively
• Support students’ social and emotional development
• Collaborate with faculty for continuous school improvement and curriculum development
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom culture

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong expertise in differentiated instruction and personalized learning strategies
• Proficiency in literacy and numeracy program delivery
• Strong assessment, reporting, and documentation skills
• Ability to support students’ emotional and behavioral development
• Excellent communication and parent/family engagement skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
