💼 Job Overview
The Relationship Officer – Asset plays a key role in driving asset sales and building strong customer relationships at MMBL. The role focuses on understanding client financial needs, offering suitable lending products, and ensuring responsible and compliant loan disbursement and recovery.
You will act as a frontline representative of the bank, ensuring ethical sales practices, strong portfolio quality, and excellent customer experience.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve assigned targets
- Develop and manage customer relationships as per SOPs
- Ensure genuine lending practices while avoiding risky or non-compliant lending behavior
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in assigned markets
- Conduct customer profiling using credit assessment techniques (5 C’s of credit)
- Promote and market bank loan products effectively
- Verify customer information through physical and field verification
- Ensure timely repayment and strong loan recovery through proactive follow-ups
- Maintain proper handling and security of customer legal and financial documents
- Prepare weekly field activity plans and report deviations to line manager
- Conduct regular customer meetings and portfolio reviews
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, SBP regulations, and risk guidelines
- Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity to management
- Maintain high standards of customer service with zero complaint tolerance
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, banking, or financial services (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in field-based sales environment
