🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Graduation (Bachelor’s degree)
• Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics
• Also preferred: Chartered Accountant or equivalent HEC-recognized qualification
• Foreign degrees must have HEC equivalency certificate
• Additional certifications preferred: CFA / FRM / Professional Accounting Body membership or any Risk Management certification

💼 Experience Requirements

• Minimum 15 years experience in Credit and Risk Management within the financial sector
• At least 5 years in a senior risk management role
• Candidates currently heading overall Risk Management in a bank are exempt from the senior-level experience condition
• Must comply with the Fit and Proper Test criteria of State Bank of Pakistan

📌 Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the Bank’s complete Risk Management function, including:
  • Credit Risk
  • Market Risk
  • Liquidity Risk
  • Operational, Legal, Financial, and Reputational Risks
• Design and implement systems for:
  • Risk identification
  • Risk analysis
  • Risk measurement
  • Risk mitigation and management
• Develop, review, and update credit and risk policies/procedures and present them for Board approval where required
• Perform any additional risk-related responsibilities assigned by the CEO/Managing Director/Board of Directors
