The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, treasury management, compliance, taxation, audits, and team leadership while ensuring effective financial controls and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payment processes and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
• Supervise treasury operations, cash flow management, and banking relationships.
• Prepare, review, and present financial reports and management presentations.
• Ensure accurate financial recording and reporting through SAP.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits.
• Manage taxation matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor budgets and support financial planning and forecasting activities.
• Develop, implement, and improve financial controls and reporting processes.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Qualification

Required Degree:

• ACCA
• ICMA
• CA
• MS (Finance)

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, treasury management, financial reporting, and compliance.
