Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master's degree in Health Management or a related discipline.

Position Overview

The Night Coordinator – Administration is responsible for overseeing administrative operations during the night shift, ensuring seamless coordination among hospital departments, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting a safe and well-managed healthcare environment. The role requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and strong administrative oversight to ensure uninterrupted hospital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication between night-shift teams, day-shift staff, and various hospital departments to ensure smooth information flow and effective shift handovers.
  • Provide administrative support by managing schedules, handling correspondence, responding to inquiries, and facilitating routine operational activities.
  • Supervise administrative workflows across hospital departments to ensure efficient functioning and compliance with established procedures.
  • Collaborate with security teams to maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff during night operations.
  • Address and resolve administrative issues, incidents, or operational challenges arising during the night shift.
  • Monitor and support the implementation of departmental goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in alignment with organizational objectives and the IHHN vision.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
  • Maintain accurate physical and electronic records, ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval of information.
  • Prepare operational reports, analyze relevant data, and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Conduct regular administrative rounds throughout the hospital to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure continuity of operations by documenting critical observations, communicating required actions to management, and identifying ongoing operational needs.
