Minimum Masterβs degree in a relevant field
β³ Experience
5β7 years of relevant academic/education sector experience
π Key Responsibilities
-
Handle academic queries and issues from campuses/franchisees
(including DLPs, SOWs, exam papers, marking keys, curriculum, books, and workbooks) - Plan, organize, and execute professional development programs for School Heads and teachers (internal & external trainings)
- Improve overall academic quality through curriculum implementation and continuous development initiatives
- Evaluate learning environments and resources to ensure effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Support Head Office Academic Team in developing and reviewing academic materials (Curriculum, Publications, DLPs, Readers, etc.)
- Assist in school evaluations to maintain academic standards and service quality across the region
