Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Relationship Manager Asset to join its Business Banking team. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving asset sales, managing customer relationships, ensuring quality loan disbursement and recovery processes, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the branch while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve branch growth objectives.
• Promote and sell asset products according to bank policies and procedures.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Develop and execute market-driven sales strategies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring ethical business practices.
• Conduct market assessments and identify potential areas for business expansion.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Ensure customers are fully informed about product features, terms, and conditions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and minimize service-related complaints.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and follow-up activities.

Credit Assessment & Verification

• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.
• Conduct field visits and physical verifications of prospective clients.
• Assess customer credibility and repayment capacity.
• Ensure loan processing and booking are completed in accordance with bank policies.

Collection & Portfolio Management

• Ensure timely repayment and proactive recovery of loans.
• Manage branch asset portfolio and maintain portfolio quality.
• Monitor collections and minimize default risks.
• Coordinate with customers regarding repayment schedules and obligations.

Team Leadership & Branch Management

• Lead and supervise Relationship Officers – Asset Sales.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance.
• Ensure productivity, compliance, and achievement of branch targets.
• Assist in resource planning and business execution to maximize results.
• Coordinate with operations teams for timely loan disbursements and processing.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to bank SOPs, internal controls, and SBP regulations.
• Report any suspected fraud, misconduct, or potential losses to management.
• Safeguard customer documents and confidential information.
• Promote ethical banking practices and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• MBA or equivalent qualification will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the microfinance or banking industry.
• Experience in asset sales, lending, collections, and relationship management will be an advantage.
