šÆ Job Summary
The Manager Quality & Compliance will provide strategic leadership to ensure full implementation of quality standards, food safety, hygiene protocols, and compliance systems. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) covering Quality Control, HSE, Food Safety, and Associate Health Clinic operations, while driving continuous improvement and international certification compliance.
āļø Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HSE, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Associate Health Clinic functions
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Standardize service quality and operational procedures across departments
- Drive Total Quality Management (TQM) culture and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct internal LQA inspections and ensure adherence to brand standards
- Maintain and improve LQA audit scores through corrective actions
- Review risk registers and strengthen internal control systems
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual quality and compliance reports
- Liaise with external authorities including CDA Health, Fire & Environment departments
- Monitor SOP implementation, staff training, and compliance awareness
- Conduct site inspections for construction and maintenance safety compliance
- Ensure proper documentation, audits, and safety tracking systems are maintained
- Facilitate safety training programs (Fire Safety, First Aid, Risk Assessment, etc.)
- Handle emergency HSE situations and support senior management decisions
- Promote a strong safety culture across all departments
- Review banquet setups (300+ guests) and engineering projects for safety compliance
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 45001, 50001)
- Implement WWF Green Office and sustainability initiatives
- Organize CSR activities (minimum one activity every two months)
- Monitor fire safety systems and equipment across facilities
- Develop SOPs related to health emergencies and pandemics
- Review guest feedback and prepare daily analysis reports
- Prepare monthly Q&C 360 Report
