Job Summary
A leading role responsible for driving the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital lending and banking applications. The role focuses on building secure, scalable, and high-performance loan management solutions while leading cross-functional development teams.
Major Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise banking and digital lending applications

Manage and guide mobile (Android/iOS) and backend development teams across multiple projects

Define and enforce technical architecture, coding standards, and best development practices

Oversee development of APIs, backend services, and mobile banking applications

Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and optimized for high performance

Collaborate with business, compliance, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams

Review system architecture, technical documentation, and deployment strategies

Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery quality standards

Ensure compliance with banking security frameworks and regulatory requirements

Mentor engineering teams and promote technical excellence and innovation
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
-
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
Experience:
-
7 to 9 years of relevant experience in banking or non-banking financial/technology sectors
Age Limit:
-
Up to 55 years at the time of application
