Job Summary

A leading role responsible for driving the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital lending and banking applications. The role focuses on building secure, scalable, and high-performance loan management solutions while leading cross-functional development teams.


Major Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise banking and digital lending applications
  • Manage and guide mobile (Android/iOS) and backend development teams across multiple projects
  • Define and enforce technical architecture, coding standards, and best development practices
  • Oversee development of APIs, backend services, and mobile banking applications
  • Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and optimized for high performance
  • Collaborate with business, compliance, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams
  • Review system architecture, technical documentation, and deployment strategies
  • Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with banking security frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor engineering teams and promote technical excellence and innovation

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university

Experience:

  • 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in banking or non-banking financial/technology sectors

Age Limit:

  • Up to 55 years at the time of application
