π Eligibility Criteria:
β’ Minimum Graduation required.
β’ Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
β’ Foreign degree holders must possess an HEC equivalency certificate.
β’ Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, CHRM, CHRP, or other recognized HR qualifications will be considered an added advantage.
πΌ Experience Required:
β’ 15β20 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management & Development.
β’ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the banking or financial services sector.
β’ Must fulfill the State Bank of Pakistan's Fit and Proper Test (FPT) criteria.
π Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead and oversee all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
β’ Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and workforce plans aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
β’ Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior management on organizational development, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
β’ Perform additional HR-related responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director/CEO, Board Human Resource & Remuneration Committee (BHR&RC), or Board of Directors.
