🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum Graduation required.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Foreign degree holders must possess an HEC equivalency certificate.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, CHRM, CHRP, or other recognized HR qualifications will be considered an added advantage.

💼 Experience Required:
• 15–20 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management & Development.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Must fulfill the State Bank of Pakistan's Fit and Proper Test (FPT) criteria.

📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and workforce plans aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior management on organizational development, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Perform additional HR-related responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director/CEO, Board Human Resource & Remuneration Committee (BHR&RC), or Board of Directors.
