To manage regional sales operations, trade marketing activities, and reporting & analysis to support business growth and ensure operational excellence across channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor channel partner activities to ensure compliance with company frameworks, policies, and operational guidelines.
  • Plan and support outlet footprint expansion including e-Channel, Mobile Commerce, Retailer Stock Ordering Systems, and segmented sales channels.
  • Coordinate continuously with HQ and regional commercial teams for:
    • Sales staff training programs
    • Data visibility and reporting improvements
    • Policy implementation
    • New product launches and updates
  • Support execution of synergy projects, including:
    • Channel helpline dashboards
    • Regional performance tracking indicators
    • Communication model improvements
    • Automation initiatives in sales operations
  • Implement standardized sales operations procedures in alignment with company action plans.
  • Handle regional customer complaints and queries, ensuring SLA and CSI targets are met.
  • Assist regional and sales leadership in annual and monthly channel-wise target setting for Zong products in coordination with HQ Marketing teams.
  • Continuously review regional sales strategies based on market dynamics, blue ocean opportunities, and organizational objectives.
  • Conduct independent market intelligence across all sales channels to evaluate performance and trends.
  • Monitor sales and distribution (S&D) activities, track growth, and maintain dashboards for KPIs including channel sales, revenue, and productivity analysis.
  • Coordinate with Channel and IT teams for system updates, remapping requests, and creation of new channel IDs.
  • Supervise reconciliation of BVS devices with HQ, vendors, and channel partners; maintain accurate records and ensure timely mapping requests.
  • Manage Franchise Help Desk operations, resolving issues related to:
    • CRM systems
    • Channel rights and customer ownership
    • MNP (Mobile Number Portability) issues
    • Franchise commission payout communication

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
