Job Overview

Bank AL Habib is looking for skilled, customer-focused, and service-oriented professionals to join its Customer Services team as Service Quality Officers (SQO). The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining high service quality standards across branch networks and supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• Preferably 2 to 5 years of banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct service quality assessments to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service across branches.
• Monitor and maintain service quality standards in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Perform branch surveys to evaluate service performance and branch ambiance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Analyze service gaps and coordinate with relevant departments to implement corrective measures.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, complaints, and service quality metrics.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of service quality standards throughout the Bank.
