Bestway Cement Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Procurement to support and streamline procurement operations across its plants. The role involves managing the procurement of Mechanical, Civil, Administration, and Marketing-related materials while ensuring timely purchasing, supplier coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Review comparative statements and prepare procurement cases for management approval.
• Generate and issue purchase orders and ensure timely dispatch to suppliers.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
• Coordinate with Plant and Finance teams to resolve post-dispatch and procurement-related issues.
• Support negotiations for high-value purchases and long-term supply agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize procurement processes and vendor relationships.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and operational requirements.

Qualification & Experience

Education

• BBA or MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Experience

• 02–03 years of relevant procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
