As part of its growth strategy, BOP is seeking an experienced and performance-driven professional for the position of Senior Manager Credit Card Finance & Settlement within its Cards & Digital Banking Operations Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage settlement of Credit Card Issuing and Acquiring transactions with payment schemes.
• Oversee authorization of financial postings in Core Banking System (FlexCube) and Card Management System (ENPK).
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Scheme, and Euronet teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Monitor merchant payments and reconciliation processes.
• Manage Nostro account-related activities and arrange funds for international transactions and scheme charges.
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory and payment scheme reports.
• Liaise with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), internal auditors, and external auditors regarding credit card operations.
• Implement and monitor effective controls for reconciliation and settlement activities.
• Execute credit card auto-debit processes on scheduled due dates.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external audit observations, and SBP regulations.
• Monitor suspense accounts, sundry ledgers, and General Ledger (GL) management.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implement customer charges/fees as per approved Schedule of Charges (SOC).
• Process customer and merchant maintenance requests, including financial and demographic updates.
• Manage customer payment processing and reconciliations.
• Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and departmental goals.
• Maintain sound knowledge of prepaid cards, charge cards, and credit card operations.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of banking experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with at least 4 years of relevant experience in card operations, finance, settlement, or digital banking.

Age Limit

• Up to 55 years as of the application closing date.
