About the Role
Hoechst Pakistan is seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to lead brand growth initiatives, drive market performance, and execute impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand positioning and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive initiatives to increase market share through effective brand planning and execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
- Identify growth opportunities through product, therapeutic area, and sales performance analysis.
- Build and maintain engagement strategies with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Monitor brand performance, market dynamics, and growth indicators.
- Coordinate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Trade, and Digital teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Develop and manage promotional materials and scientific content.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing), Pharm-D, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
Experience
- 4ā6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience in brand management or marketing is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand strategy development.
- Experience in campaign planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
