Required Experience: 5–7 years of experience in literacy and education programs in Pakistan (preferably at the primary level).
Education: Master’s degree in Education, Literacy, Curriculum Development, or a related field.

The ideal candidate should possess:
Curriculum & Instruction: Proven experience in managing curriculum development and instructional design projects.
Pedagogical Knowledge: Familiarity with child-centered pedagogy, phonics instruction, and formative assessment practices.
Sector Understanding: Strong understanding of Pakistan’s education system, including provincial curriculum variations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and engaging with government education departments. Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, including field staff and policymakers.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Urdu; knowledge of regional languages is considered an advantage.
Core Skills: Strong project management, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, alongside excellent facilitation and capacity-building abilities.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel across project locations in Pakistan and ability to work effectively in a multicultural, collaborative team environment.
