Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels.
- Utilize consumer insights and data analytics to optimize media investments and brand growth.
- Ensure media strategies effectively build brand equity and drive measurable business results.
Digital Marketing & Performance Media
- Lead digital media execution through dedicated digital hubs.
- Drive data-led marketing initiatives using first-party, second-party, and third-party data.
- Manage search marketing, performance campaigns, and ecommerce-focused media activities.
Industry & Agency Partnerships
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key media partners, including platforms such as Google and Meta.
- Collaborate closely with media agencies to deliver best-in-class campaign performance.
- Ensure accountability and continuous improvement through performance monitoring and optimization.
Innovation & Growth
- Champion emerging media opportunities including:
- Connected TV (CTV)
- Social Commerce
- Live Streaming
- Podcasts
- Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing
- Drive a continuous test-and-learn culture to scale successful innovations.
Governance & Performance Management
- Oversee media rate cards, brand safety, viewability, and fraud prevention measures.
- Track, analyze, and communicate campaign performance to key stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency and effectiveness across all media investments.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
✅ Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Strong understanding of the modern media and digital communication landscape.
- Experience managing media strategies for large brands or leading cross-brand agency portfolios.
- Proven experience handling advertising and media budgets.
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation and organizational change.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships within matrix organizations.
- Exposure to performance marketing, ecommerce, CRM, MarTech, and AdTech platforms.
