๐ŸŽ“ Qualification

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA / Masterโ€™s degree in HR (preferred)

๐Ÿ’ผ Experience Required

  • 8โ€“12 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong exposure to HR Business Partnering and Learning & Development functions

๐Ÿš€ Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ“˜ Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Lead the group-wide L&D strategy including needs assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation
  • Develop and manage the annual training calendar aligned with business priorities
  • Design leadership development, functional training, and soft skills programs for all employee levels
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors, institutes, and e-learning providers
  • Ensure measurable impact of learning initiatives through structured evaluation frameworks

๐Ÿค HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations

  • Lead and standardize the HRBP function across the Beaconhouse Group
  • Supervise junior HRBPs and ensure consistent HR service delivery across entities
  • Act as a strategic advisor to project heads and senior leadership on all HR matters
  • Oversee workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and talent strategy
  • Identify HR trends, talent risks, and employee relations issues across group companies
  • Ensure fair, timely, and compliant resolution of employee matters in line with policies and labor laws
