Meezan Bank Limited is seeking a skilled and analytical professional for the position of Insights Analyst in its Service Quality Department – Customer Support Group. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to help enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be considered an added advantage
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong email drafting and written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer satisfaction through complaint resolution feedback
- Achieve monthly call targets efficiently and effectively
- Ensure compliance with call scripts and handling procedures
- Analyze survey and research data to prepare reports and actionable recommendations
