Job Description

Meezan Bank Limited is seeking a skilled and analytical professional for the position of Insights Analyst in its Service Quality Department – Customer Support Group. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to help enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university
  • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be considered an added advantage

Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong email drafting and written communication skills
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer satisfaction through complaint resolution feedback
  • Achieve monthly call targets efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with call scripts and handling procedures
  • Analyze survey and research data to prepare reports and actionable recommendations
