About the Role

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Risk Analytics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with risk data, reporting frameworks, portfolio analytics, and business intelligence tools to support strategic decision-making within the Risk Management function.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Validate and perform quality assurance checks on routine credit and risk reports.

✅ Conduct data sanity checks to identify inconsistencies, logical errors, and statistical anomalies before management review.

✅ Coordinate with internal teams, IT departments, and external stakeholders to gather and implement new reporting requirements.

✅ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for reports and risk models by validating system outputs against manual calculations.

✅ Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools.

✅ Monitor portfolio performance and risk trends through data-driven reporting and analytics.

✅ Assist in stress testing exercises, IFRS 9 calculations, and risk-related reporting activities.

✅ Prepare presentations and analytical reports that translate complex data into actionable business insights.

✅ Support day-to-day data development, ad-hoc reporting, and analytics projects.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

🎓 Bachelor's Degree (4 Years) in:

• Finance
• Business Administration
• Data Science
• Data Analytics
• Related disciplines

Experience

💼 Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in analytics, risk management, reporting, or data analysis.
