Job Type: Contract (3 years, renewable based on performance)
Location: Karachi, Lahore, DG Khan, Gwadar, Sukkur
Department: Retail Banking
Reporting To: Team Leader

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC Pakistan

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of banking sales experience in financial products

Required Skills

  • Strong sales management and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of the posting area/local market
  • Sound understanding of banking products and services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and databases

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in:
    • Account opening
    • Deposit growth
    • Consumer financing
  • Conduct daily customer and market visits for both new and existing customers
  • Manage and grow assigned deposit portfolios through new-to-bank and existing customer relationships
  • Analyze customer behavior, balance movements, and seasonal trends to handle liability portfolios effectively
  • Identify attrition risks and implement retention strategies
  • Cross-sell banking products including:
    • Consumer assets
    • Insurance products
    • Other banking solutions
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards for retention and business growth
  • Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently
  • Drive liability management by activating dormant accounts, promoting digital banking, ATM usage, and increasing account activity
  • Conduct customer contact campaigns and storming activities for business generation
  • Prepare MIS and portfolio/business reports as required
  • Ensure compliance with banking laws, policies, regulations, and internal controls
  • Ensure audit observations and compliance gaps are resolved within deadlines
  • Follow all SOPs and instructions assigned by management
