Islamabad Serena Hotel is seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor – F&B Services to oversee daily operations of Food & Beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain service excellence, manage teams effectively, and uphold the highest hospitality standards expected in a luxury hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
🍽️ Outlet Operations & Guest Services
- Ensure compliance with established service standards and operational procedures.
- Oversee the availability, handling, storage, and maintenance of service equipment and accessories.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across outlets and work areas.
- Manage dining reservations and foster strong guest relationships.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure effective workforce planning.
- Supervise mise-en-place and outlet readiness for service operations.
- Recommend service improvements and menu enhancements based on guest feedback.
- Conduct daily team briefings and operational updates.
- Maintain accurate operational records, guest histories, and reservation logs.
- Ensure team compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
👥 Team Leadership & Training
- Provide continuous coaching and on-the-job training to service staff.
- Conduct skill development sessions on service techniques, presentation, and grooming standards.
- Support employee development through cross-training and multi-functional learning.
- Guide and counsel team members on professional and work-related matters.
- Participate in and facilitate F&B product knowledge and vocational training programs.
📊 Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Support quality, safety, environmental, and food safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, operational procedures, and international management system requirements.
Required Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within a reputable 5-star hotel.
- Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or management-level experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
