Bank AL Habib is looking for experienced and detail-oriented professionals to join its team as FTC / CAF Officers. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and reporting on the Bank’s Fair Treatment of Customers (FTC) framework and Customer Awareness Framework (CAF) in compliance with State Bank of Pakistan regulations, while ensuring fair customer treatment across all departments.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce
- Minimum 8 years of banking experience
- Strong understanding of SBP regulations and compliance requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of the Bank’s Fair Treatment of Customers (FTC) policy across all departments
- Review product and service designs, marketing materials, and customer communications for regulatory compliance
- Conduct BC & FTC training sessions for staff
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on BC & FRF compliance matters
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure compliance with CGHM requirements
- Support implementation and monitoring of the Bank’s FTC framework and CAF initiatives
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
